Brusseling my Sprouts

In my never ending quest to find the perfect combination of side dishes, I decided this week to experiment with oven roasted Brussels sprouts, which despite their name are actually grown in California, nowhere near Brussels.

Oiled and salted, then tossed into a 425f sauna for 20 minutes. They came out pretty good.

The potatoes and fish fillet weren't half bad either.
